Capital Exchange Business Network (CEBN) was established in January 2006 by a core group of Northern Virginia business professionals led by Real Estate Agent Duane Smith, who recognized the mutual benefit of drawing together African American professionals to enhance business opportunities and create a collegial support network. The organization's success is centered on it's members shared belief in professional excellence, personal integrity, and consistent, committed networking.
