There is no cost to attend but space is extremely limited and advance registration is required.  Premium/dues-paying CEBN members will receive first priority attendance and remaining space will be allotted to Basic Members on a first-come, first-served basis.

Attendees will include approximately three Commissioners per day, members of the Clean Energy Business Network and Business Council for Sustainable Energy (CEBN’s parent organization), and representatives of the GridWise Alliance. Draft agenda for each roundtable:

  • 5 min: Brief introduction of the BCSE, CEBN, and GridWise Alliance
  • 15 min: Commissioners provide a brief overview of significant energy and utility issues in their states and mid-Atlantic region
  • 10 min: Overview of the GridWise Alliance’s soon-to-be-published, fifth edition of the Grid Modernization Index (GMI), which ranks all 50 states according to their progress in grid modernization
  • 30 min: Participant discussion

NOTE: This roundtable is a side event to the MACRUC 23rd Annual Education Conference. While the MACRUC conference is a fantastic opportunity to learn more about energy issues in the mid-Atlantic, you do NOT need to attend the conference to register for this breakfast discussion.
