Letter on Extension of Energy-Related Tax Measures 2019

The CEBN sent letters signed by 64 of its members to Senate and House leadership, the Senate Finance Committee, and the House Ways and Means Committee in support of energy-related tax measures in a tax extenders package. If passed, these bills would allow more projects to move forward, drive down costs for consumers, promote investment, and create jobs. CEBN also submitted the letter to the Senate Finance Committee Energy Working Group (in coordination with the Business Council for Sustainable Energy) and as official testimony for a March 12th hearing held by the House Ways and Means Subcommittee on Select Revenue Measures.
