WASHINGTON, D.C. – January 7, 2021 – The Business Council for Sustainable Energy and Clean Energy Business Network condemn yesterday’s attack on the U.S. Capitol building.

The institutions of governance and laws upon which our nation was founded must be respected and protected.  Acts of domestic terrorism and disruption of our electoral process must not be tolerated.

We express our solidarity and support to the Members of Congress, Congressional and Capitol staff, police, and National Guard that stood up against this attack and performed their constitutional duties to certify the results of the 2020 election.
