SBIR/STTR PHASE-0 ASSISTANCE PROGRAM
The DOE has instituted a phase-0 program, to assist eligible small businesses to navigate the complexities of the SBIR/STTR proposal process, in association with the Dawnbreaker-led team. Various services provided include LOI writing, Phase I Proposal Preparation, Review and Registration, Market Research, Small Business Development Training, Mentoring and Registrations, Technology Advice and Consultation, Intellectual Property Consultation and Indirect Rates and Financials.

ENERGY DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM-TRIBAL ZONES
The Division of Energy and Mineral Development (DEMD) is soliciting applications to promote the development of energy and mineral resources in tribal areas. Some of the broad project ideas are initial resource exploration, potential targets for development, market analysis, economic evaluation and analysis and pre-construction studies for the development of energy resources.
LIGHT WEIGHT WIND TURBINE GENERATORS
The DOE is interested in receiving proposals on next-generation wind turbine drivetrain technologies, both land-based tall wind and offshore applications. The overall objective of this project would be to reduce the levelized cost of energy (LCOE) from a wind plant through up-tower testing of a megawatt-scale lightweight generator.
