Tribal Energy Innovators Fellowship Program
The Tribal Energy Innovators fellowship is designated for federally recognized tribal members who are interested, invested, and engaged in work which supports renewable energy infrastructure and tribal energy capacity building within a tribal community, tribally focused programming, and/or tribal organization. The Tribal Energy Innovators Fellowship provides a modest fellowship stipend and industry resources to support the development of innovative ideas and the use of problem-solving processes that lead to sustainable renewable energy solutions.

Joules Accelerator
Joules Accelerator works to identify, advise, and deploy early-stage climate startups while connecting them with the energy network of the Southeast and beyond. Joules moves quickly to make warm connections to relevant network stakeholders across the region and to find revenue-generating pilots and other commercialization opportunities for member startups. Joules presents twelve startups through two cohorts per year. Each cohort lasts 90 days and requires 2-4 hours per month for meeting with potential customers. The program is free for startups, free to apply, and does not take equity.

SBIR Ignite Catalyst Program
The SBIR Ignite Catalyst Program is designed to help founders at any stage learn more about and prepare to apply for SBIR Ignite funding. Between now and May 15, founders new to NASA and those in later startup stages can apply to join key events and a digital community that will prepare them to participate in the SBIR Ignite program while building their NASA networks and knowledge.
All applicants (who can attend in person or virtually) can join general admission sessions, including expert panel discussions and networking events. Ten applicants at each event will be selected to talk about their technology one-on-one at the event with NASA subject matter experts, venture investors, government officials, regulatory experts, and communications and marketing strategists.

Clean Energy to Communities Program: Peer-Learning Cohorts
Clean Energy to Communities (C2C) offers peer-learning cohorts to advance local clean energy goals. Cohorts are funded by the U.S. Department of Energy and managed by NREL with support from the World Resources Institute. Peer-learning cohorts are multi-community engagements that convene regularly for approximately 6 months to exchange strategies and best practices, learn in a collaborative environment, and workshop policy or program proposals, action plans, or strategies to overcome challenges around a common clean energy transition topic.

The Urban Future Lab is pleased to announce the Urban Future Prize Competition, which seeks to find the brightest climatetech startups and, through the generous support of The New York Community Trust, MUFG Union Bank, and NYSERDA, award two winners with $50,000 cash prizes. Clean Energy Innovator Fellowship 2023
The U.S. Department of Energy’s (DOE) Clean Energy Innovator Fellowship program funds recent graduates and energy professionals to support critical energy organizations to advance clean energy solutions that will help decarbonize the power system, electrify transportation and industry, and make the U.S. power system more resilient, equitable and inclusive. The program recruits candidates from diverse backgrounds to spend up to two years at eligible host institutions.
Prospective Host Institutions should apply to be considered for the program by April 27, 2023. Applications for Innovator Fellows open on May 22 and are due by June 8.
