The MSI STEM Research & Development Consortium (MSRDC) is a solutions provider, research development partner and strategic asset to more than 60 minority-serving research institutions, industry and government partners. CHP Policies and incentives database is an online database that allows users to search for CHP policies and incentives by state or at the federal level. The database has two primary purposes:

• Policy makers and policy advocates can find useful information on significant state/federal policies and financial incentives affecting CHP.
• CHP project developers and others can easily find information about financial incentives and state/federal policies that influence project development.

On Deck’s Climate Tech Fellowship is a 10-week program for deep experts to exchange ideas, accelerate each other’s careers, and build impactful climate tech startups. The program is gathering a group of highly technical innovators working on new climate technologies alongside seasoned entrepreneurs, regulatory experts, and investors. 

The North Carolina Clean Energy Technology Center operated DSIRE database provides information on government and utility policies and incentives related to clean energy. Innovators looking out for financing opportunities can use this database to identify states with the best market potential for different technologies
