Recommendations on DOE Loan Programs Office reauthorization
The CEBN responded to the House Committee on Science, Space, and Technology’s (HSST) call for stakeholder input on the draft Department Of Energy Loan Programs Revitalization Act. The CEBN provided recommendations that will strengthen the clean energy small business economy by adding a section on small business loans and clarifying the definition of reasonable prospect for repayment for both the Title XVII and ATVM program.

House Democrats’ Infrastructure Package: A clean energy primer
House Democrats have unveiled their $1.5T infrastructure package, the Moving Forward Act, which includes funding for highway and transit, broadband, low-income schools, public housing, and hospitals. It also targets the clean energy sector through $70B in funding for clean energy projects, extending the investment and production tax credits through the end of 2025 and expanding these to new technologies.
